Attention Trick or Treaters!
The Capitol Hill Community Council announces the first annual
Capitol Hill “Procession of the Spirits” Halloween Walk
Friday Oct. 31, 2008
5-8pm
Music, candy and community.
Theme this year is “skulls”
Come dress in your best costume as we celebrate life and remember those that have gone on before us.
Walk starts at Seattle Center Community College at 7pm,
Proceeds down the West side of Broadway to Roy St and then back up the East side.
Update as of 9/16! Walk will end at Cal Anderson Park.
Help support the Capitol Hill Community Event!
We are encouraging businesses on Broadway and all over Capitol Hill to decorate and participate by handing out packaged candy between the hours of 7 and 8pm Fri. Oct. 31. If you plan on participating in handing out candy we encourage businesses to place an orange "Trick or Treat here" sign in your window for Oct. 31st.
You can also help by purchasing a
discounted 3x3 ad for only $49! for your business in the Capitol Hill Times for a large Oct 22th
advertisement of the walk.
